Good boy, Bear is a 3.5 month old, male, Great Pyrenees mix. He’s very dog friendly and does great with kiddos, too! Bear is a bit shy meeting new human friends but he warms up quite quickly. He is crate trained and doing well with house training at his foster home. Sometimes he carries on a bit in the crate but not for long. Bear is a professional napper and can be found sneaking a snooze just about anywhere.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
