Appa the Amazing is ready to find her forever home. This sweet, silky soft, girl is around 6 months old. She’s a pup through and through but man oh man is she smart! She’s amazing with dogs, was around cats when she was younger, and is doing great with her home manners while living with her foster family. Appa is learning about leash walking, doggie doors, and crate training. She’s also become a regular at the local breweries and has quite the fan following. Appa enjoys playing with toys and thinks the toy bin is the best thing ever.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
