Posey is a darling, outgoing pup who’s looking for new adventures in Colorado! She’s about 3.5 months old and is making great progress with crate and potty training in her foster home. She loves stuffed toys, playing tug of war, peanut butter filled Kongs and running the fastest zoomies of any puppy in the state. When she’s not playing, she loves cuddling and napping (when she often shows off her epic snoring skills!) She is eager to please and food-motivated so she’ll have basic commands mastered in no time. Posey would love a home with other playful dogs and kids and can’t wait to accompany you on your next outing!

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
